Clients may choose the duration of their relaxation session, subject to availability and pricing.

Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate and complete health information, including any medical conditions, allergies, injuries, or surgeries that may affect their relaxation session.

Clients should notify the staff of any discomfort or concerns during their session to ensure a comfortable experience.

Clients must follow the instructions provided by the staff regarding the use of the massage capsules to ensure their safety and well-being.

Bookings/Reservations/Reschedules/No-Shows

IMPORTANT: Our model is based on appointments and it is vital to the health of our business. Please take the time to understand our policy prior to booking/reserving your session. We would like to be transparent and set the expectations up front to avoid misunderstandings or issues that can disrupt business

Please ensure you pick the right location and time.

Clients are encouraged to book their relaxation sessions in advance to secure their preferred time slot.

Clients are encouraged to arrive 10 to 15 minutes early to avoid being a no-show.

Due to our business model, there are no cancellations, only reschedules.

Reschedules are permitted if notice is provided with 48-hour notice.

Clients will need to book a new session if notice was provided in less than 48 hours

Escape Zero Gravity Massage LLC reserves the right to refuse service or reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances or maintenance requirements.

Payment

Payment for relaxation sessions is due at the time of the appointment unless otherwise arranged.

Prices for services are subject to change without prior notice, but clients will be informed of any changes when booking their sessions.

Clients are expected to behave respectfully towards the staff and other clients in the establishment.

Escape Zero Gravity Massage LLC reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services if a client engages in inappropriate behavior, including but not limited to harassment, verbal abuse, or any action that compromises the safety or well-being of others.

Escape Zero Gravity Massage LLC is not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses resulting from the client's failure to disclose accurate health information or follow the staff's instructions.

By participating in our relaxation massage sessions, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

Description of Services: I understand that Escape Zero Gravity Massage LLC offers relaxation massage services administered by a massage capsule (chair) to promote general well-being and relaxation. These services are solely intended for relaxation purposes and are not therapeutic. I acknowledge and understand that the massage service provided is not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any specific health condition.

Assumption of Risk: I acknowledge and understand that massage capsule (chair) therapy involves certain inherent risks, and the results and benefits may vary from person to person. I understand that there is a possibility of experiencing physical discomfort, allergic reactions, or rare complications during or after the relaxation massage session.

Health Disclosure: I am voluntarily participating in the relaxation massage session and declare that I am in good health, free from any known medical conditions, and not under the influence of any substances that could impair my judgment or safety. I understand that it is my responsibility to disclose any relevant health conditions, allergies, or injuries to the massage capsule operator before the session. I further acknowledge that if I am sick or experiencing symptoms such as fever, cough, sore throat, or difficulty breathing, I should not participate in the relaxation massage session.

Precautions and Exclusions: I understand and agree that I will not use the relaxation massage services if I have any of the following conditions:

Recent surgeries or injuries

Heart conditions or cardiovascular problems

High or low blood pressure

Pregnancy

Severe muscle or joint pain

Any other medical condition that may be aggravated by the use of a massage chair or any other relaxation equipment.

Not a Substitute for Medical Treatment: I understand that relaxation massage services are not a substitute for medical treatment or therapy. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. The Business does not provide any medical advice, and I acknowledge that I should consult with a healthcare professional regarding any specific health concerns or medical conditions I may have.

Consent to Treatment: I willingly consent to receive relaxation massage therapy from the massage capsule or any other relaxation device at Escape Zero Gravity Massage LLC. I understand the nature of the relaxation massage treatment I will receive and acknowledge that it is solely for relaxation purposes and not a substitute for medical or professional advice.

Release of Liability: I hereby release and discharge Escape Zero Gravity Massage LLC, its owners, employees, and massage capsule operators from any liability, claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of or related to any injuries, damages, or losses that may occur during or after the relaxation massage session, except in cases of gross negligence or intentional misconduct.

I understand and acknowledge that participating in the relaxation massage session involves certain risks, including but not limited to physical discomfort, muscle soreness, or allergic reactions.

I understand that the relaxation massage services provided by Escape Zero Gravity Massage LLC are administered by a massage capsule (chair) and not by a human massage therapist. I acknowledge that the use of a massage capsule (chair) may have different sensations and effects compared to traditional massage techniques performed by a human.

I accept full responsibility for any physical or emotional effects resulting from the use of the massage capsule during the relaxation massage session.

I understand and acknowledge that the relaxation massage session may not be suitable for everyone and that individual experiences may vary. I agree to communicate any discomfort, pain, or concerns during the relaxation massage session to the massage capsule operator to ensure my safety and well-being.
Indemnification: I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Escape Zero Gravity Massage LLC, its owners, employees, and massage capsule operators from any claims, demands, or actions, including reasonable attorney fees, arising from my participation in the relaxation massage session or any violation of this waiver.

Confidentiality: I understand and agree that any personal or medical information I provide will be kept confidential per applicable privacy laws.

Parental Consent (if applicable): For participants under the age of 18, I, as the parent or legal guardian, consent to my child's participation in the relaxation massage session and agree to all the terms stated in this waiver on their behalf. Parents or guardians are allowed to be in the room with minors if they choose to.

Jurisdiction and Severability: This waiver shall be governed by and construed per the laws of the State of Texas.
General Business and Guest Expectations, Standards, and Practices: Escape Zero Gravity Massage LLC is dedicated to providing a professional, clean, sanitized, and welcoming environment for all guests to maximize their relaxation experience.
To consistently maintain these standards guests are expected to avoid bringing food, and sugary drinks (water is allowed). The attire should be comfortable and free of any odors associated with any type of smoke, including vaping. Smoking (including vaping) of any kind is prohibited. All guests are to be of clear mind and sober. Guests are not to touch or move any items or furniture inside the suite except for items or gadgets provided to the guest by Escape Zero Gravity Massage LLC staff.
